Freycinet Radenti Sparkling sources its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the estate Synotts Vineyard, cooler than the original amphitheatre site.

Tasmania's cool climate and southerly latitude are ideal for sparkling wine. In 1993, Radenti Sparkling was the first premium sparkling wine produced on Tasmania's east coast.

The wine is made strictly in line with the méthode traditionnelle, the French method where a second fermentation takes place in the bottle to create a naturally sparkling wine. Prior to disgorging, the wine spends at least four years on lees.

Bright golden, Freycinet Radenti Sparkling displays superb creamy texture, purity and length. Cellaring potential is seven years.
